Reducing Risk and Increasing Security in the Data Center

April 24, 2018

There are 3 aspects of your data center you should focus on if you want to reduce the risk of power outages and hacks.

  • Reduce Risk of Power and Cooling Outages – Make sure your critical apps have redundancy and get real-time monitoring and alerts.
  • Reduce Asset Vulnerabilities – Start with determining which assets have known software and firmware issues. Then take the steps towards good data center hygiene overall.
  • Reduce Vulnerabilities from Unplanned Changes – Implement a system to monitor when new assets are added or moved without prior approval.

Hear Mike Schmitt, Sr. Director of Product Marketing and Anthony Vicinelly, Federal Technology Director share the details of how you can get your data center under control.
